Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY BLOOM by Bianka A valid card on file is required to reserve an appointment. Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking. • CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee equal to 40% of the total value of the services booked. • NO-SHOWS If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, 40% of the total value of the services booked will be charged to the card on file. • LATE ARRIVALS A 10–15 minute grace period will be provided, depending on the service booked and availability in my schedule. After this grace period, the appointment may need to be canceled or the service may need to be modified to avoid affecting appointments scheduled afterward. If the appointment must be canceled due to late arrival, a fee equal to 40% of the total value of the services booked will apply.
